Comfort Dog Reservation Requests
RESERVATION SUBMISSIONS WILL ONLY BE APPROVED FOR
LUCAS COUNTY PROSECUTORS OFFICE STAFF
1. Scroll down to view the calendar
2. Click on the date you want to reserve
3. Drag to highlight the time you want to reserve
4. Dialog box will appear - confirm date and time are accurate
5. Click "Proceed as Guest" button
6. Complete all required fields on registration request form & click Submit button at bottom of form.
Do NOT include confidential information in your request.
(if you do not receive an immediate email confirmation of this request, repeat the process)
(Note: Reservations submitted automatically reserve the comfort dog. If the comfort dog is NOT available you will receive a subsequent email notifying you that your request has been denied due to the comfort dogs unavailability.)
