Thematic Layers

By Value - Shades each parcel by value within a range. To see ranges, click the Legend tab.
By Zoning - Shades each parcel by its Zoning category. To see categories, click the Legend tab.

Other Data Layers

Right of Way - Right of Way lines
Historical Lot Lines - Lines that existed in Tax Map BEFORE a split or combine occurred.
Building Footprints - Outlines of buildings
Subdivisions - Layer created by using the Legal Description of a property.
Commercial Market Areas - Formerly called "Commercial Neighborhoods" - groupings used in valuing properties.
Residential Market Areas - Formerly called "Residential Neighborhoods" - groupings used in valuing properties.
Enterprise Zones - Areas where the municipality gives tax incentives to construct a building.
CRA - Community Reinvestment Area - tax incentives to build or renovate buildings.
CAUV - Current Agricultural Use Value - farmland taxed at the agricultural use value; not assessed market value
Soils - Soil type determined by the USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service.
Lucas County School Districts
High School Boundaries - Determined by Public School System relating to that area.
Junior High School Boundaries - Determined by Public School System relating to that area.
Elementary High School Boundaries - Determined by Public School System relating to that area.
LBRS Addresses (Location Based Response System) - Information collected by DDTI (Digital Data Technology Institute) for the Lucas County Engineers.
Floodplain - Layer created by the Lucas County Engineers.
Zip Codes - Determined by the United States Postal Service.
2010 Census Tracts - Layer created by the U.S. Census Bureau.
Jurisdictions - Municipal boundaries created by the Lucas County Engineer's Tax Map department.

Street Centerlines

Interstates - Collected by DDTI for the Lucas County Engineers.
Streets - Collected by DDTI for the Lucas County Engineers.
Paper Roads - Roads platted but never built - maintained by the Lucas County Engineer's Tax Map department
